STRESSED?

Being in senior year really takes its toll on you, mentally
and physically of course. With the schedules so crammed up, long classes,
longer class intervals, Ahh! It Sucks!..
and more.. Lots of requirements here and there. Sometimes you just want to relax at some
point and forget all those worries. But! Unfortunately you can’t! And that makes
it even more stressful; however I believe that each and every one of us has our own way of coping up with stress. For me the best thing that I would do
is watch a movie in my dvd player, read a book (just finished all Percy Jackson
books from 1-5, not including the lost hero, Son of Neptune, and mark of Athena.
I think that’s a new series.), listen to music (EMO!), and write in my blog.
(chaar!) Different kinds of styles may apply. Some even eat a lot of sweets
when they’re stressed; well as they say stressed spelled backwards is desserts,
haha! But in a serious note, if you feel stressed don’t force your body or your mind, it wouldn't do you good anyway. Just remember,It wouldn't kill taking a little rest once in a while.
